Let's talk about feet!

How much time do you spend on your feet each day?  Running errands, making meals, picking up toys, cleaning, walking around the office . . . yes, ladies we spend A LOT of time on our feet. 

So . . . we should be taking care of them.  Right?  Right! 

Of course, most of us don't have the time or the money to go to a salon or a spa for a pedicure, so we have to learn to take care of our own feet. 

And I'm so excited to introduce to you TWO shops . . . that's right TWO . . . that want to help us take care of our feet.

Lemongrass Spa
First up . . . Amber from Lemongrass Spa.  If you've never heard of Lemongrass Spa, you have got to check out this line of natural bath and body products.

You can pick up pretty much any bath and body product you want or need at Lemongrass Spa - shampoo, mineral make up, body polish and even products for the men in your life.

Here's just one of the many I would like to try . . . in my new soaker tub once I get to Texas! ;) 

 And I was just going to show one, but then I found this yummy looking cupcake bath bomb.  That thing goes in your bath not your mouth . . . much better for my thighs!

    I spend close to 15 hours a day on my feet. That doesn't count my driving time to and from my college classes either. My days start at 5 am and end somewhere between 10 and 11 pm.

    I would say that I spend 8 hours a day on my feet. I know, it really isn't much, but some days are more than others, so I'm averaging. LOL.

    well I spend a lot of time on my feet taking care of my sweet 15 month old and I'm 7 months preggo so the hours are getting less..we have a lot of floor time. lol. You're blog is too cute!!

    So funny, I was going to say that I spend 30 seconds a day on my feet-I thought you meant how much time do you spend taking care of your feet-I take a shower and put on socks-that about covers it. Then I read some other comments and realized that you meant, well, not that! I guess I really spend more like 12ish hours a day on my feet. Chores, play, meals, volunteering, etc. Duh! Maybe I should spend more time on my mind!

    I'm an elementary teacher, so I spend pretty much ALL day on my feet. By the time I get my kiddos from day care, run the errands, and finally get home... I'm exhausted and my feet are throbbing!! I guarantee I spend 10+ hours a day on my poor lil feet!
