the pretend and play mail carrier kit - FINALLY!

So my craft a month goal turned into a six week journey this time around.  I'm usually pretty punctual, but the self-imposed deadline on this one just seemed to alluded me.

I had soooooo much fun making my eighth craft till Christmas - a Pretend and Play Mail Carrier Kit (actually two of them).  The best part of this kit is that any of the pieces can be made for adult gifts or repurposed items.  (I personally would love to receive a unique set of fabric stationery and postcards for my birthday next month - wink, wink, hint, hint!)

I'm finally wrapping up this craft with a post including all the links to the tutorials.  Click on the words not the pictures.  Enjoy!

Craft on!

  38. I just finished a post office set for our 4 grandchildren. They are going to love playing with them. They each get their own mailbox. Each family gets a mailbag and plenty of envelopes, stationery, postcards and stamps to share.

  41. Sorry, I messed up the link portion (forgot the quotes) and didn't want to leave a junky looking comment on your blog, so hopefully this works better - original comment follows...

This is the cutest project ever! I'm definitely including a link on my blog - gift ideas for Christmas It would make a great gift idea for kids, or as you said, for adults! I wouldn't mind if I got a few of those fabric postcards myself!

  42. I really appreciate this kind of your Christmas gift ideas that you shared to us. So simple yet easy to make it. Thank you for this.

I cherish each comment! However, I can't respond to each comment anymore . . . I want to, but it's just not possible.

I will ALWAYS reply to a question though if your blogger account is set up to allow e-mail responses. If you ask a question and do not get a reply from me, it is because you are a no-reply blogger. Your best bet at a response then is to e-mail me directly.
