i've been away . . . did you notice?

Not "away" literally because literally I've been right here.  (Do you ever notice how people use the word literally wrong?  For example, "I literally lost my mind."  No, if your brain is still inside your skull, you know exactly where your mind is.  You didn't lose it.  Or, "My children are literally climbing the walls."  No, unless your children have developed the super powers of Spiderman, then they are not literally climbing the walls."  In case you didn't notice, that's a pet peeve of mine.)  But I've been away from blogland (more on that tomorrow) because I've been doing this:

What is this?  Well, THIS represents:
21 garbage bags of clothes, toys, shoes, blankets, etc.
5 boxes of pots, pans, office supplies, books, etc
10 days of sorting, cleaning and organizing
8 trips to the donation truck

And guess what . . . go on . . . guess.

I'm not even close to done!

Moving is not my favorite activity.  I would much rather be crafting!

I really enjoyed my blogbirthaversaryday week!  And it's all thanks to you and the amazing ladies that sponsored giveaways to help me celebrate.  If you haven't entered yet, you still have two more days to scoot over and throw your hat in the ring (figuratively, of course).

Look at all that love you are giving away that's going to bless someone else's home and make yours much lighter. I've been there. Keep going! Don't give up!

Lu took my joke. :)
I hate moving - actually - I hate packing. Though the purging is always good. Maybe I should do that without the move. haha.

I must have missed something! I didn't know you were moving. My heart goes out to you. Not fun, BUT, it looks like you are making it a fresh start with all the clean up. Hang in there.
