outside verses inside

Outside it looks like this:
(These pics were taken at 1 PM, but it looks like dusk outside.  It's even worse now!)

Inside it looks like this:

Crafting, drawing, reading books, building forts . . . all in our jammies!!!!!

How can you beat that?

Craft on and STAY INDOORS*!
*Unless, of course, you live in a sunny and warm place.  In that case, go outside immediately and enjoy every moment of it! ;)

That's the best and worst part of winter...staying indoors. Yay for crafting in your jammies!

That looks like my view from today too! 14+ inches of snow ~ once the wind stops blowing so hard, the kids will LOVE it!!! :)

That's really a lot of snow! Only in serra da estrela I saw that kind of snow!
Here it's being sunny all week but they say that will rain next week and that it's going to be colder...

How lovely and Christmassy! Brings back fond memories of childhood!
We finally put our tree this morning, and I'm now hot and sweaty and need to jump in the pool! No matter how many years I live here, it never really FEELS like Christmas in the heat! Not complaining though! Life is different now and definitely VERY GOOD!!

It looks like you were nice and cozy!

Unlike Jill I couldn't be happier to have Christmas in the summer - the only downside is that there is nothing to break up the monotony of winter. Now if only it would stop raining . . . I'm sick of mowing the lawn!
